Meandarra is 230km west of Toowoomba, and is very popular for it's camping/caravans on the banks of the Brigalow Ck.
There is currently 3 RV locations available
A Caravan Park with power, amenities and laundry...one end of town), Beside Brigalow Creek (powered sites water taps, with amenities across the road at the Leo Gordon Apex Park), however there is ample room on unpowered sites for many more caravans and camping. .Also camping is permitted adjacent to the tennis courts , sports oval and bowling club. There are toilets , showers and water taps.

stayed 16days in June 2013 Just great clean amenities, could do the washing, plenty of room Council are at present putting in 2 more pwr poles (8)Lovely Library and the Anzac museum has so much memorabilia with a $5 entry fee well worth it. Hotel has Thursday night roasts $10 (xxlarge plate) Had a camp fire each night just a great crowd there and we where all impressed.

DeleteDon't forget the Bowling Club has a Friday night sausage / steak sandwich and raffle night and the members are pleased to have visitors play social bowls on Sunday afternoon at 1pm start. No experience necessary ! Bowls supplied.
